1.0 New SuiteApp
1.1 XML Exporter for AIS
Introducing the XML Exporter for AIS SuiteApp, which enables users to generate and download Purchase Order data in AIS-compliant OFDA XML format. This enhancement supports electronic order submission requirements for the AIS vendor, helping streamline order processing, improve data accuracy, and reduce manual effort when exchanging purchase order information.
Principales caractéristiques
- Export XML Functionality:
Une nouvelle “Export XML” button is now available on the Purchase Order record. When triggered, the system generates and downloads an XML file formatted according to AIS OFDA standards.
- Configurable XML Mapping:
A dedicated configuration record allows administrators to define and manage XML field mappings. This provides flexibility to accommodate AIS-specific requirements and future mapping adjustments without code changes.
Current Limitation
- AIS currently supports manual XML upload only. This release focuses on XML file generation and download. Automated transmission or API-based integration is not included at this stage.
2.0 CFI Suite™ Updates
CFI Productivity Tools
2.1 Line Import Tool (LIT)
2.1.1 Manufacturer-Level COGS Account Mapping
When defined, newly created items will use the configured account instead of defaulting to the Item Template, providing more flexibility and accuracy in financial account assignment.
2.2 Multi Line Edit Tool (MLET)
2.2.1 Optimization for MLET
Implemented performance enhancements to the MLET popup to improve load times and scalability, with a primary focus on reducing backend data retrieval overhead.
Performance testing across both small and large Sales Orders demonstrated that data retrieval was the primary contributor to MLET latency. While script-loading optimizations provided measurable improvements for smaller transactions, the most significant gains were achieved through enhancements to data access and processing logic.
Performance Improvements
- Optimized backend data retrieval and processing to improve responsiveness for large transactions.
- Improved scalability by significantly reducing the impact of additional Sales Order lines on popup load times.
- Enhanced performance updating multiple form lines.
2.2.2 Role-based field edit permissions
Added support for role-based field edit permissions within Setup configurations.
Administrators can now control which user roles are allowed to edit specific fields. This enhancement helps strengthen data governance by ensuring that sensitive fields, such as product costs, can only be modified by authorized personnel while remaining viewable to other users as needed.
2.3 PDF Builder
Enhanced PDF Builder with improvements to address handling, template flexibility, image support, and document presentation.
2.3.1 Address Mapping Improvements
- Updated PDF Builder to source the Dealer Address from the subsidiary shipping address field (shippingaddress_text), ensuring generated PDF documents display the correct subsidiary shipping address.
- Updated the Shipping Address label configuration to use the correct field (custbody_esp_ship_to_address), ensuring templates display the intended Shipping Address value.
2.3.2 Image Support
- Added support for image fields within PDF Builder templates, allowing users to
2.3.3 Configurable Image Dimensions in PDF Builder

2.4 CFI Connectors
2.4.1 Feature Flag – Prevent Sync When Vendor Prepayment Exists on Related PO
2.4.1.1 Acknowledgement Processing Performance Improvements
Enhanced the acknowledgement processing workflow to improve overall performance and transaction handling efficiency.
Key improvements include:
- Optimized transaction update logic to reduce processing time.
- Automatic updates to related transaction details during acknowledgement processing.
- Synchronization of Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) acknowledgement data when the feature is enabled.
- Automatic marking of successfully processed acknowledgements as linked.
These enhancements provide faster processing, improved data consistency, and better visibility into acknowledgement status across related transactions.
2.4.1.2 Add a Dealer Location field in the Haworth Partner Record
To support dealers with multiple locations, it would be beneficial for them to identify the Haworth Partner that belongs to a specific location.
This is to prevent errors when they are submitting orders through web services.
2.4.1.3 Remove New Partner Request Logic from Order Submission Process
Dealers currently have the ability to submit New Partner Requests through the Order Submission functionality.
This capability is no longer required and must be deprecated as Haworth have deprecated the process.
2.4.1.4 New Identifier for New Partner Address Submission
A custom address identifier checkbox was introduced for New Partner Requests to ensure the correct address is used for Haworth Partner creation instead of relying solely on the Default Shipping address.
This enhancement reduces the risk of incorrect tax assignments for dealers when the tax-relevant address differs from the default shipping address.
2.4.1.5 Automatic Partner Record Creation for Haworth Partner Addresses
Une nouvelle Link Haworth Address action has been added to the Customer record. When clicked, the system automatically creates a new Haworth Partner record, links it to the selected customer, and synchronizes the information with the Haworth integration.
Benefits include:
- Enables users to create and link Haworth Partner records directly from the Customer record.
- Eliminates the need to manually create Haworth Partner records before synchronization.
- Automatically establishes the relationship between the Customer and the Haworth Partner record.
2.4.2 Teknion Connector
2.4.2.1 Auto Update Ship Date Enhancement
Added a new Auto Update Ship Date feature flag within Teknion Settings to streamline Purchase Order date management during acknowledgement processing.
When enabled, the system will automatically populate the Purchase Order Ship Date from the Acknowledgement Ship Date during Acknowledgement retrieval, provided that the Purchase Order Ship Date is currently blank.
This enhancement also supports configurable field mapping, allowing customers to map the Acknowledgement Ship Date to their preferred Purchase Order Ship Date field and accommodate account-specific customizations.
If the user enables the Auto Update Ship Date the Ship Date Field Map will also be available to source any field mapping (date field) on the desired sourcing. If not the user can leave the field blank and it will automatically source to the Acknowledgement Ship Date field (custbody_cfi_ack_ship_date).
Benefits
-
- Reduces manual updates to Purchase Order Ship Dates.
- Improves data consistency between acknowledgements and Purchase Orders.
- Supports customer-specific Purchase Order Ship Date field configurations through flexible mapping options.
2.5 CFI Order Management Tools
2.5.1 Order Adjustments
2.5.1.1 Linked Purchase Order Field Compatibility Enhancements
Enhanced the handling of the Linked Purchase Order field to better support existing business processes, integrations, and reporting requirements.
This update preserves compatibility for modules and customer workflows that depend on the Linked Purchase Order field, including:
- Direct Billing processes
- PO Breakout functionality
- Purchase Order visibility within customer reports and saved searches
These improvements help ensure continuity of existing workflows while maintaining accurate linkage and reporting across related transactions.
2.5.1.2 Display Cross-Mapping Field

2.5.2 PO Breakout
2.5.2.1 PO Breakout Performance Optimization
Optimized the Groupe de travail sur les OP process during Sales Order page load, significantly improving system performance and responsiveness.
The enhancement reduces PO Breakout execution time from approximately 4.7 seconds to 1.7 seconds, resulting in faster Sales Order loading and a smoother user experience.
Benefits
- Improved Sales Order page performance and responsiveness.
- Reduced processing time for PO Breakout operations.
- Enhanced user experience when working with Sales Orders.
- No changes to existing Purchase Order generation functionality or business processes.
2.6 Financials
2.6.1 Project Insights
2.6.1.1 PI Actuals Calculation Enhancements
Added a new logic that allows the system to display the Actual sell/cost derived from both Customer Invoices and Vendor Bills. This enhancement ensures that the Actual cost is shown regardless of the current status of the Purchase Order, providing more comprehensive and accurate financial information.
- If a Sales Order line has an associated Customer Invoice, the sale recorded on that invoice will appear in the Actuals table. This inclusion happens regardless of the current status of either the Sales Order or the Purchase Order linked to that line. In other words, even if the Sales Order or Purchase Order is not yet completed or is in a pending state, the invoice sale will still be reflected in the Actuals table without exception.
- If a Purchase Order line has an associated Vendor Bill, the cost from that bill will appear in the Actuals table. This happens regardless of the current status of the Purchase Order itself, meaning the actual cost is recorded even if the Purchase Order is still open, partially billed, or in any other state.
- Enable or disable this feature on the Project Insight Setup page.
Benefits
- Improved accuracy and completeness of project cost reporting.
- Greater visibility into actual costs across all Sales Orders.
- Consistent cost calculations regardless of Purchase Order or billing status.
2.7 CFI Base
2.7.1 CFI Addresses
2.7.1.1 Flexible Ship-To Routing for Purchase Orders
Added a new functionality that allows users to create and specify a custom Ship-To address on the fly, even when the address is not included in the predefined Shipping Route options. This provides greater flexibility for handling unique delivery destinations without requiring prior Shipping Route setup.
Additionally, users now have the ability to edit the address of a selected Shipping Route, providing greater flexibility and control over shipping details.
Benefits
- Supports flexible shipping workflows across different business scenarios.
- Reduces manual updates to Purchase Order Ship-To information.
- Enables customer-specific routing configurations without requiring custom development.
- Improves accuracy and consistency of Ship-To destination assignment.
2.8 Field Operations Pro [NetSuite]
2.8.1 Scheduler Improvements
2.8.1.1 Enhanced Project & Sales Order Visibility
Project and Sales Order information is now displayed directly within the Scheduler, giving dispatchers and project managers greater visibility into the source records behind each Event. This reduces the need to navigate between records when reviewing schedules and improves traceability throughout the planning process.
2.8.1.2 Partial-Day Resource Scheduling
Resource assignments now support partial-day scheduling. Instead of blocking an employee’s entire day, only the hours allocated to an Event are reserved. This provides more accurate resource utilization and allows schedulers to maximize workforce availability.

Added a real-time character counter to applicable Scheduler Event long-text fields, providing users with visibility into the number of characters entered and the maximum allowed field length. The counter updates dynamically as users’ type, helping prevent validation issues and improving the overall data entry experience.
2.8.1.9 General Event Customer Information Enhancement

This enhancement helps organizations:
- Standardize approval processes across projects and divisions.
- Improve accountability by ensuring Events are reviewed by designated approvers.
- Reduce manual follow-up and approval tracking.
- Support compliance with internal project governance requirements.
- Increase visibility into Event approval status throughout the project lifecycle.
2.8.3.7 Improved Event Approval Visibility
Additional visibility has been added to Event workflows, allowing users to quickly identify approval status and understand whether further action is required before an Event can be considered complete.
This provides project managers, schedulers, and field teams with a clearer understanding of event progress and approval bottlenecks.
2.8.3.8 Work Order and Event Page Character Counter
Added a live character counter for supported multiline text fields on the Work Order and Event pages. The counter displays the current number of characters entered against the maximum allowed limit and updates dynamically as users type or paste content. This enhancement provides better visibility into field limits, helping users avoid validation errors when saving records.
2.8.3.9 Work Order Contact Entry Simplification
The Work Order contact creation process has been streamlined by removing the requirement to enter First Name and Last Name when adding a new contact. Users are now only required to provide the Contact field, aligning the entry process with the information displayed on the Work Order and reducing unnecessary data entry.
