Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities
1. Investigate and determine employee needs
2. Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
3. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
4. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
5. Plan employee referral programs
6. Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools
7. Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
8. Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
9. Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, technical tests etc.)
10. Reviews employment applications and background check reports
11. Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
12. Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
13. Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
14. Suggest measures for improving employee retention
15. Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
16. Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
17. Assist in employee retention and development
18. Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms
19. Research and utilize government grants/subsidies to fulfil our recruitment needs
20. Assist with other HR functions such as onboarding/offboarding, training & development, benefits and compensation
